Our chefs are passionate about the food and ingredients we serve. They attend Truro Farmers market twice weekly to buy local produce direct from the producer. In this way the team can bring you the best of Cornish produce, whether that’s fresh fish, meat or vegetables, or foraged ingredients.
As everything is cooked on the premises from first principles, food allergies and avoidances can be catered for. Please give us prior notice and we will do all we can to accommodate guests with specific dietary requirements.
Our front-of-house team is led by Ruth. She and the rest of the waiting team are fully knowledgeable on the food we serve, and the wines we stock. Whether it is fast and efficient service to enable you to get to the theatre in good time, or a longer dinner to celebrate an occasion, they will tend to your needs. The team are knowledgeable about the extensive wine list, and can advise you on good pairings to suit your chosen dishes.
